Creating and using the FSA ID webinar planned for high school, college professionals

Your students and their parents may have some questions about the Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID, and you want to be prepared to answer their questions.

You know as a high school or college professional that the FSA ID is intended to protect personal information. when students, parents, and borrowers complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and log into federal websites, such as the FAFSA, Studentloans.gov, and NSLDS. You also know that sometimes students and parents need assistance setting up the FSA ID and Lori Auxier from the Florida Department of Education, Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) will provide the background you need to assist them.

The webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 18 at:

  • 11 a.m. Eastern
  • 10 a.m. Central
  • 9 a.m. Mountain
  • 8 a.m. Pacific

Visit www.timetemperature.com/tzus/time_zone.shtml if you are unsure of what time zone you live. We will use GoToWebinar for this training which can be accessed from any computer.

Please note that space is limited, so one participant per institution please. Participants may share a connection on the same computer using one registration.

A separate webinar will be offered to students and parents on Thursday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern.
