In celebration of Washington
February 15, 2018
Some of us will only remember that Monday is a federal holiday when we open our mailbox or we go to the bank.
However, Monday, February 19, is an important federal holiday — Washington's Birthday. (It is known as President's Day by some, but officially it is to celebrate George Washington's Birthday.)
The holiday means that several federal offices will close in recognition of the day, and the closure may affect financial aid processes. The Office of Federal Student Aid issued an Electronic Announcement providing federal holiday processing and customer service hours.
Mapping Your Future will operate normal hours on Monday and be available at feedback@mappingyourfuture.org or 1-800-374-4072.
