Welcome to the Monroe College's online Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling.
As part of the agreement with the U.S. Department of Education under which students are eligible to receive assistance through the various federal student financial programs, we are required [CFR 682.604(f)] to conduct "Entrance Counseling Sessions" with students who have been awarded these loans.
You must remain enrolled at least half-time to maintain eligibility for Federal Student Loans. Half-time at the Monroe College is defined as 6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for a graduate student. Please contact the Monroe College Registrar's Office http://www.monroecollege.edu for instructions for withdrawing from the Monroe College.
