Welcome to Portland Community College's on-line entrance counseling. The U.S. Department of Education and Portland Community College require all Perkins Loan borrowers to complete an entrance counseling session and the required paperwork each year you are awarded a Perkins Student Loan.
DO NOT COMPLETE THE PERKINS ENTRANCE COUNSELING UNELSS YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE PERKINS LOAN BY FINANCIAL AID.
At the end of the counseling session, you will be directed to Portland Community College's secured on line (MyPCC) web page. Log in and go to My Records under Quick Links. Click on Student and Financial Aid, Financial Aid, Financial Aid Status. Select current aid year and click on Student Requirements to print. Only the documents required will be listed.
Once the forms are read and completed, you may return them in person or via mail them directly to the Perkins Student Loan Office-Room 220, Sylvania Campus, PO Box 19000 Portland, OR 97280. Faxed documents are not acceptable.
