Third-party servicer contracts to be completed by September 30

Due to being designated a third-party servicer by the U.S. Department of Education, Mapping Your Future released a Third-party servicer contract for schools in May. Schools with an active Online Counseling/Access Area account need to complete the contract to use default prevention services, such as Online Counseling and other default prevention resources Mapping Your Future offers.
The Third-party servicer contract should be completed by September 30, 2017 to avoid interruption in accessing the secure Access Area.
If you haven't been able to review and sign the contract yet, you may do so by logging in to your secure Access Area and clicking on the Account information link on the left. You can review, print, and/or sign the contract. Once the contract has been signed by you or one of your coworkers, you will no longer see the red reminder box after logging in to the account.
If you haven't logged in to your account recently, you may want to click on Forgot your password in the log in box to reset the password before trying to log in.
