Mapping Your Future releases 2018-19 verification worksheets

Verification is one tough job for financial aid professionals – so Mapping Your Future wants to ease your burden a little bit by providing worksheets.

Mapping Your Future recently released the 2018-19 verification worksheets provided to assist Member schools and schools in Sponsored states in collecting information they need from students to complete the verification process.

The verification worksheets were modeled after the 2017-18 worksheets with the necessary changes made, such as updating the text to the revised verbiage supplied by the U.S. Department of Education in the 2018-2019 Verification Suggested Text Package - Electronic Announcement dated August 16, 2017. Also, the verification introduction text was removed to a separate cover sheet that can be customized to meet the communication needs of the school and to save space on the worksheets.

The Statement of Educational Purpose is available in English and Spanish on the appropriate online comprehensive worksheets. If you prefer to have the statement without the Spanish version, contact the Mapping Your Future staff at feedback@mappingyourfuture.org or (800) 374-4072.

The verification worksheets are one of the many benefits Mapping Your Future offers its Member schools and schools in Sponsored states. Both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 worksheets are available in the Member resources section of the secure Access Area. The worksheets are available in PDF and fillable PDF format.
