Department of Education survey

As a hard-working financial aid administrator, you now have an opportunity to let the Department of Education know what they can do to make your job easier.

In an Electronic Announcement issued on May 7, the Department of Education said they will be implementing a Title IV Institutional survey. The goal of the survey, according to the Department, is to assess the ease with which schools can conduct business with them.

According to the Department, an independent vendor, CFI Group, will conduct the Title IV Institutional Survey electronically and will launch this web survey on May 8, 2019. The survey will close on May 31, 2019.

CFI Group will contact school financial aid administrators via email and provide a link to the web survey. The notification emails will be sent from: "Federal Student Aid, through CFI Group [noreply@invite.cfigroup.com]."

According to the Department, the web survey is designed to take approximately five minutes to complete and will be conducted in a manner ensuring strict confidentiality of all responses.
