Enjoying the routine |
||||||||||||||||
Admit it. No matter how much you wanted time off for the holidays, there was a part of you that secretly looked forward to going back to work and returning to a routine. The word "routine" conjures up thoughts of drudgery and boredom. However, routines are good for us, according to this recent article in Psychology Today, which outlines how we can incorporate routines in all aspects of our lives.
