Verification of FAFSA data is a big task for financial aid professionals. To help with your verification process, Mapping Your Future offers verification worksheets and MappingXpress.

The verification worksheets and list of the verification resources are two of the many benefits Mapping Your Future offers its Member schools and schools in Sponsored states. The worksheets are available in the Member resources section of the secure Access Area. The worksheets are available in PDF and fillable PDF format. Currently, both 2019-20 and 2020-21 verification worksheets are available.

Since the worksheets are available as a service to Member schools and schools in Sponsored states, non-member schools are encouraged to learn more about the benefits of Membership at mappingyourfuture.org/Membership/membershippart.cfm.

To help with verification document collection (as well as other document collection needs), Mapping Your Future offers MappingXpress, which allows schools, students, and sponsoring organizations to easily and securely exchange documents. Since its inception, over 590,000 documents have been uploaded and retrieved through this document transfer service.

Mapping Your Future offers MappingXpress free to postsecondary schools in Sponsored states. The service is made possible through the Sponsorship by the guaranty agency or education department in these states. Be sure to thank them for their Sponsorship of Mapping Your Future. Member schools in non-Sponsored states can sign up for a free 15-day trial of MappingXpress and subscribe to MappingXpress for the normal annual fee of $750.

More MappingXpress information is available online at mappingyourfuture.org/services/aboutMappingXpress.cfm.
