New call center hours for COD School Relations Center

For those financial aid professionals who like burning the midnight oil, reaching some of the school relations staff at the Department of Education won't be possible in those late-night hours.
As of May 26, the hours for the COD School Relations Center are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time. Previously, the Center was available until 11 p.m. Eastern time.
According to the Department of Education, there should be minimal impact on schools as the call center receives very few calls between the hours of 8 p.m. - 11 p.m. However, the Department advised that schools should adjust their processes and documentation accordingly.
The Department is currently in the process of updating the contact information on any applicable Federal Student Aid websites and in posted documentation, technical guides, and correspondence.
