Although it may seem to go against what most would recommend is good advice for your computer, the Department of Education is asking EDExpress users to avoid some of the recent Microsoft Office updates - at least temporarily.
In a November 14 Electronic Announcement, the Department of Education said Microsoft updates released on November 12, 2019, are causing login errors for users of EDExpress. The Department said Microsoft has indicated it will release a fix for the issue on December 10, 2019. In the meantime, the Department is asking users of EDExpress to uninstall the updates.
