Mapping Your Future third-party servicer reminders

Completing forms and paperwork is a necessary part of a financial aid administrators job. Mapping Your Future wants to make it a little bit easier by making sure you have information on how to list Mapping Your Future.

As a third-party servicer, Mapping Your Future should be listed on the school's Program Participation Agreement with the U.S. Department of Education with the following contact information:

The Department of Education also requires each school using Mapping Your Future services to have a third-party servicer contract and Mapping Your Future is required to report a list of schools with third-party servicer contracts to the Department of Education. The contract requirement was implemented for Mapping Your Future schools on September 30, 2017.

To review your school's third-party servicer contract, log in to the secure Access Area and click on Account Information on the left navigation bar. If the contract was completed online, you can click to Print or save the contract. If a paper copy of the contract was completed and you do not have a copy for your files, contact us.
