FISAP changes |

When you sit down to complete the FISAP later this year, you won't be able to do a copy and paste from last year's form. The Department of Education is giving everyone a heads up that it is revising the 2020-21 FISAP (also known as the Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate) in campus-based programs. In an April 29 Electronic Announcement, the Department released the draft 2020-21 FISAP, instructions, and technical reference. Some of the changes are due to the ending of the Perkins Loan program and the Department is adding new fields to report servicing costs and loan cancellation reimbursements.
