Not only did the cuckoo clock tell us the time, but it also served our family well. The clock hung on the wall of our family den and provided many hours of enjoyment with its music and ?koo-koo? sound. However, the clock was also a sensitive timepiece that regularly needed maintenance to keep working. So every year we took the clock down, and it went it the shop. After a week or two, the clock returned, and we once again enjoyed the clock's timekeeping and entertainment. For many financial aid professionals, any down time during the past year has been difficult with the pandemic creating new job responsibilities and demands.
