Finding the help you need when you need it can make your job a lot easier.

To help professionals find that help, the Department of Education issued a May 26 Electronic Announcement with everything you always wanted to know about getting help from Federal Student Aid (FSA).

In the Announcement, the Department reminds professionals about the FSA Partner Connect Help Center, which is located at fsapartners.ed.gov/help-center. FSA Partner Connect Help Center resources include the following:

In addition, the Department said beginning on May 28, 2021, professionals can submit policy questions to FSA using the Contact Customer Support form available on the Help Center’s Contact Customer Support page.

Because FSA Partner Connect Customer Support is in place to receive policy questions, FSA will repurpose its Ask A Fed mailbox. Beginning May 28th and going forward, FSA will no longer monitor the Ask A Fed mailbox or respond to questions submitted to that mailbox by external entities.

To ask questions or to provide feedback about FSA Partner Connect, complete the Customer Support form at fsapartners.ed.gov or call the School Relations Center at 1-800-848-0978.
