Students attending more than 3,500 postsecondary institutions in the United States and territories will have access to more than $2 billion in campus-based federal financial aid for the 2023-24 award year.
In a July 3 Electronic Announcement, the Department of Education announced publication of “Notification of Campus-Based Funding” report, which lists those schools approved Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) and Federal Work-Study (FWS) program and the amounts those schools are authorized to receive for the 2023-24 academic year.
This report, available in both PDF and Excel, includes each school’s OPEID, name, address, state code, and federal funds authorized for the FSEOG and FWS programs as of June 12, 2023.
The Department noted that in some cases, a school became eligible for awards after the report was produced and is therefore not reflected in the notification.
