Veteran's Day process and customer service hours posted by Department of Education

Most federal offices will close and operations shut down on November 11 in observance of the Veteran's Day federal holiday.
In an October 29 Electronic Announcement, the Department of Education provided a document outlining which offices will be open or closed.
For the most part, any of the Department's offices will be closed and the toll-free help lines will be closed. However, a majority of the student loan servicers will be open on Veteran's Day.
