The MappingXpress service provides organizations with a secure way to receive and transfer documents.
What types of files am I able to upload?
You are able to upload the following types of files: |

What is the passcode?
The passcode is provided by the school or organization that requested you to upload documents. If you don’t know the passcode, review the instructions you were provided and if you still can’t find it, contact your requestor.
Why do I need to upload files?
MappingXpress service is a secure and convenient document transfer process. It allows organizations to streamline the documentation collection process and provides individuals with a new way to quickly respond to the request for documentation.
An organization needs to receive documentation they requested from you and uses MappingXpress as the method to receive this documentation.
What security measures are in place to protect my privacy?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information we gather. See Mapping Your Future's privacy policy for more information.
What happens to my documents once I upload them?
Your documents are uploaded to a secure server. Once the requester is notified that you have successfully uploaded them, they will login to their secure area and download the documents. All documents are electronically shredded from the Mapping Your Future servers within 30 days or sooner if the organization designates them to be deleted
How will the requester know that my documents are ready to be retrieved?
The requester will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours that they need to retrieve the files.
Why am I having problems with the electronic signature?
Ensure that you clicked the “I agree” box and that you typed your name exactly as it is typed in the fields at the top of the form. Check to make sure you don’t have a space before or after any of your name fields at the top of the form. When typing your name in the electronic signature box, put one space between each part of your name, not at the end. Punctuation is not recommended in your name.
Why do I keep being directed back to the first page after submitting my information and electronic signature?
Your browser is not “sticking” in the process. Clearing the history on your browser, changing your browser, or using another computer may alleviate the issue.
Why did I receive an Upload Error message?
You may receive an Upload Error if the file is blank or if the file is not one of the following file formats: |

Why did I receive a time-out message?
You might have received a time-out message because you stayed on a page too long before proceeding to the next page or the total file size of all of the files you were trying to upload was too large. We recommend the total size of the file(s) you upload be less than 25MB. Uploading files totaling more than 25MB may cause your
session to time-out or cause the individual retrieving your file(s) experience a time-out issue.
How long will it take for my document to be retrieved?
The retrieval time will vary, but your documents should be retrieved within five to seven business days.
