Giving guidance |

Usually, we are the ones seeking guidance from them. However, the Department of Education (ED) is now seeking some guidance from those of us in the financial aid community. In a November 13 Electronic Announcement, the Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) is asking the financial aid community to provide feedback on the current design and functionality of the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website. ED will use the responses to prioritize future enhancements to the IFAP website. According to FSA, the 12-question survey will take only a few minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. As experts in financial aid, you can provide some valuable input on the survey and guide the Department in creating a better website experience for you and your colleagues. | ||||||||||||||||
