Increase your knowledge in the fundamentals of financial aid administration

Now is the opportunity to take your career to the next level by completing the Fundamentals of Federal Student Aid Administration workshop. However, before you can complete the three-and-a-half day workshop, you will need to complete a prerequisite.
In a July 18 Dear Colleague Letter (DCL), the Department of Education said that successful completion of an online course titled "FSA Coach Fundamental 2019-20" is required before enrolling in the fundamentals course. To enroll in the prerequisite, go to the Federal Student Aid E-Training website. The online prerequisite course will be available on August 1, 2019.
The Department will conduct the workshops November 2019 through September 2020 at a Department of Education regional training facility or nearby location in several cities across the country. The workshop locations are included in the Q and A section of the DCL.
