It may be a hassle, but students and parents do it anyway. They comply with verification requests because they want their financial need confirmed. Hopefully, they also understand the reasons behind verification -- to ensure a fair system of dispensing financial aid funds. With that in mind, it's nice to make the process a little easier for students and parents. MappingXpress, a secure online document transfer service offered by Mapping Your Future, does just that -- and the value of the service is indicated by recently surpassing the half-million mark in the number of documents that have been sent through the secure service. Mapping Your Future currently offers MappingXpress free to postsecondary schools in Sponsored states.
