Access restored to most, but not all, after Federal Student Aid system changes

The Department of Education has restored access to Federal Student Aid systems for nearly every financial aid professional after inadvertently removing the access recently.
However, that fix is not working for everyone, according to an Oct. 24 Electronic Announcement.
According to the Department, the fix did not restore access for Electronic Services accounts if the designated administrator at the school or university did not actively confirm the account in 2018. The administrator will have to reenroll any user who lost access.
