There’s no definitive answer yet for those up-and-coming high school seniors wondering about the release of the 2025-26 FAFSA.
However, while the Department of Education has not given an official release date yet, they have indicated that they tentatively plan to release the next FAFSA on October 1. The Department has said they don’t expect many changes to the new FAFSA.
