The Department of Education last week announced the availability of the updated NSLDS Transfer Student Monitoring & Financial Aid History User Guide and Record Layouts. The last version was just issued late in 2023.
The Department said this updated manual, dated June 2024, replaces the November 2023 version and includes updated instructions to assist users with the NSLDS Professional Access website. According to the Department, the user guide provides step-by-step instructions for using Transfer Student Monitoring (TSM) online, describes how to request Financial Aid History (FAH), and includes detailed information about the TSM/FAH batch process.
