While submitting the FISAP is behind you, don’t forget to make any needed corrections and updates by December 15.
Schools that have any changes, corrections or edits to make to the FISAP need to do so by Monday, December 15 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time (ET). This is the last date to submit those corrections to the Department of Education.
Also, schools that participate in the Federal Perkins Loan program, including schools that are in the liquidation process, must report their Perkins Cash on Hand as of 10/31/2025 on the FISAP by December 15.
