Although completing the FAFSA is much easier for students and parents, it does help to prepare for some of the questions on the form.
One of those questions is determining which parent or parents to invite to the FAFSA.
Recently the U.S. Department of Education made its Parent Wizard available on StudentAid.gov to help students determine which parent or parents should be invited to contribute information to the FAFSA.
To further assist students in understanding the process of determining which parent(s) should be invited to their FAFSA, Mapping Your Future has created a FAFSA Parent flyer. The flyer can be posted at the school, distributed by hand or shared electronically with students.
