Knowing the final amounts of funding is a key component in the 2025-26 award year planning process for financial aid professionals.

After an initial delay, an update on April 10 to a March 31 Electronic Announcement announced that the final 2025-26 Campus-Based programs funding worksheets and the 2025-26 Statement of Account for each of the Campus-Based programs have been posted to the  Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) website. Notification will be sent via email to the school’s Financial Aid Administrator or the individual listed on the “Contact Info” page in the Campus-Based section of the COD website.

Campus-Based program funding authorizations for each school is based on the applicable statutory formula and the amount of funds appropriated by Congress and do not exceed the amount requested for that program on the Fiscal Operations Report for 2023–24 and Application to Participate for 2025–26 (FISAP).

The Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025, signed by President Trump on March 15, appropriated $1,230,000,000 for the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program and $910,000,000 for the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) Program for the 2025–26 award year.
