If you’ve always wanted to provide feedback to the Department of Education on how the FAFSA processing system and services can be improved, you now have that opportunity.
The Department of Education recently announced that they are gathering feedback from financial aid administrators and state agencies on the FAFSA processing systems and services via a survey that is open through Friday, July 11, 2025.
The optional survey focuses on how schools and state agencies receive and use FAFSA data to determine eligibility for federal student aid and the communication efforts related to those processes.
According to the announcement, your feedback will help the Department better understand your FAFSA processing experience and help the Department keep the community informed of their plans for features and services.
