Schools now have a user resource available to them when completing an important application process for participating in the federal aid programs.
The Department of Education has created the “Application for Approval to Participate in Federal Student Financial Aid Programs User Reference Guide” for completing what is commonly referred to as the E-App. The guide is located on the Federal Student Aid Title IV Participation Application webpage.
The guide provides detailed instructions for completing the E-App process, particularly the more complex sections of the application. While basic instructions are built into the E-App, users with additional questions may want to consult the user guide, which is organized by the E-App sections. The guide also includes information on how to resolve Partner Connect access issues and contact information for additional assistance.
