Several final 2025-26 forms are available as a resource to assist schools and students.

The Department of Education announced the release of the final 2025-26 FAFSA Form, 2025-26 FAFSA Form for Confined or Incarcerated Individuals, and the 2025-26 FAFSA Submission Summary.

2025-26 FAFSA Form – Individuals needing to access either an English and Spanish PDF of the 2025-26 FAFSA form can do so at StudentAid.gov

2025-26 FAFSA Form for Confined or Incarcerated Individuals – The FAFSA must be completed by confined or incarcerated individuals in order to determine their eligibility for a Federal Pell Grant. They can complete the online application, or they can complete and mail the FSA PDF, available in either English or Spanish, designated for incarcerated students.

While the FAFSA designated for these individuals is identical to the online and “regular” FAFSA PDF, it does state that it is the “Incarcerated Applicant Form” and includes a separate mailing address for application processing.

2025-26 FAFSA Submission Summary – This form, which is provided to the student after the FAFSA form is processed, includes the responses provided on the FAFSA form and provides estimates about the student’s eligibility for federal student aid.

Mock-ups, which can be used as a training tool for staff, are available in PDF format in both English and Spanish versions.
