Electronic subscriptions are great…until they don’t work.
Federal Student Aid (FSA) recently announced that they are trying to resolve an issue with their daily and weekly subscription emails through the Knowledge Center.
Since January 18, the daily digest has not been sent, and the weekly digest is incorrectly defaulting to “no updates.” However, partners can monitor the What’s New area of the Knowledge Center for a list of new and updated publications within the past 14 days.
Please note that FSA published no new or updated publications during the period of January 18-27.
