FSA seeking volunteers for input on partner services

Individuals involved in the administration of federal financial aid can sign up to offer input on the services and products that they use daily.

In a March 30 Electronic Announcement, Federal Student Aid (FSA) announced that they are seeking volunteers involved in the administration of federal financial aid to provide feedback, ideas, and expertise on the FSA partner products and services. This includes products such as Partner Connect, the FAFSA Partner Portal, the FAFSA Processing System, and other services offered by FSA.

Interested individuals can sign up at https://forms.office.com/g/fMEU9fhhns and will be added to a list maintained by FSA for future user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
