As everyone in the industry continues to work to increase 2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) completions, the 2025-26 FAFSA is on the horizon and is hoped to be back to a “normal” October 1 release date.
Electronic Announcement GENERAL-24-72 provides information about the 2025-26 FAFSA. The 2025-26 FAFSA will remain consistent with the 2024-25 FAFSA.
The announcement also provides information about watching for opportunities for engagement to discuss the 2025-26 FAFSA cycle.
