The Department of Education recently announced the publication of the 2024 annual report on the ESI Website.
The report highlights findings from experiments involving Pell eligible students, Second Chance Pell, Direct Loans, Federal Work Study, Competency-Based Education, Dual Enrollment, and Loan Counseling to name a few. A complete listing is included in the announcement.
The Experimental Sites Initiative tests the effectiveness of statutory and regulatory flexibility for participating institutions disbursing Title IV aid for schools approved to participate. According to the Department, the outcomes can then potentially benefit all postsecondary schools and their students.
