The 2024-25 Campus-Based program awards will soon be “in the books” for schools.
An Electronic Announcement from the Department of Education stated that the 2024-25 Campus-Based program awards closeout will be completed by March 16.
The Department uses data from a school’s Fiscal Operations Report for 2024-25 and Application to Participate for 2026-27 (FISAP) to complete the process as outlined in the announcement.
The amount of any negative balance in G5 must be refunded by the school via G5. Schools needing assistance in making refunds or drawdowns need to contact the Department’s Business Support Services Helpdesk at 1-888-336-8930 or by email at obssed@servicenowservices.com
Schools will be notified via email of a decrease to a 2024-25 Campus-Based award during the closeout period. An email notification will be sent to the school’s Financial Aid Administrator (FAA) provided on the most recently submitted FISAP or the FAA listed on the “Contact Info” page in the Campus-Based section of the COD website.
