Financial aid stakeholders have the opportunity to provide input to Federal Student Aid (FSA) on their draft goals and objectives which are part of their strategic plan.
FSA extended the invitation to institutions of higher education, financial partners, and other stakeholders via an August 24 Electronic Announcement. Feedback is encouraged as it will help ensure that FSA’s strategic plan reflects the needs, challenges, and opportunities of stakeholders.
The goals and objectives are part of FSA’s plan to continue to modernize the federal student aid programs and strengthen service to students, parents, borrowers, institutions of higher education, and other financial partners. Clear objectives and performance measures are included that will support accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The FSA data center includes the draft goals and objectives.
Comments must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern) on Wednesday, September 23.
