Fall is in the air
Depending on where you live, it may feel more like fall than it had been even a week or two ago.
I’ve noticed that weather reporters now talk about fall using two different terms and dates – astronomical fall and meteorological fall. Astronomical fall starts on September 22, while meteorological fall started on September 1.
Hmm, I always thought fall was fall.
As financial aid professionals, fall also means reporting deadlines – whether it is internally, state-wide, system-wide, or federal reporting.
As you tackle these reporting deadlines in addition to the other items on your to-do list, make sure you take time to leave your office, take a walk, and enjoy the nice fall days.
You deserve a break from all the reporting deadlines.
