EDExpress 2025-26 Service Release 2.0 now available – Adds Maximum Pell field to FISAP reports

EDExpress for Windows users have a new service release available for their use that will aid in the completion of the 2027-28 FISAP report.

In a December 9 Electronic Announcement, Federal Student Aid announced a new service release for EDExpress for Windows 2025–26, Release 2.0. It is available in the Software and Other Tools area of the Knowledge Center or it can be downloaded as a single file at EDExpress 2025-26, Release 2.0 Service Release.

A new summary field will assist schools with completing the 2027–28 FISAP report (based on 2025–26 data) that is due on September 30, 2026. Several previously identified issues were also resolved in this release as outlined in the announcement.

The Electronic Announcement includes information on downloading and running the EDExpress Service Release file as well as some additional tips and guidance.
