Financial aid professionals now have access to updated financial aid training materials in what should be an easier-to-navigate training center.

Federal Student Aid (FSA) recently announced that they made changes to the FSA Partner Connect training that is available on the FSA Training Center.  According to the announcement, FSA revised existing training courses to make it easier to navigate and included only the most recent webinar and tutorial videos and job aids.

Nine updated job aids replace outdated ones, and one new job aid has been added under the topics of:

  • Account Access Management
  • Third-Party Servicer Inquiry Form
  • Title IV Eligibility Applications

The new training courses can be found under FSA Partner Connect in the Systems Training drop-down menu on fsatraining.ed.gov.

Questions about the changes or regarding other training needs should be directed to helpdesk.fsatraining@ed.gov.
